Winter Sky

I have no idea what this roof belongs to - I parked my truck next to it, then took a little walk around the area to take a few shots of the river in front, and then I saw this sky when I was walking back (actually, running back, it was -25 at the time) - so I didn't have time to look at the sign to see what this place was.
